A session with movement
The therapist supports stretches rather than asking you to perform a workout. Movements should stay within a comfortable range; tell the therapist when you want a smaller movement or a pause.

Assisted stretching and rhythmic pressure.

THE EXPERIENCE
Thai Massage is a movement-led option combining assisted stretches with rhythmic pressure. It has a different feel from an oil massage: the therapist guides movement while you remain relaxed and communicate what feels comfortable.
The therapist supports stretches rather than asking you to perform a workout. Movements should stay within a comfortable range; tell the therapist when you want a smaller movement or a pause.
Thai is centred on assisted movement and rhythmic pressure. Swedish and Aromatherapy are alternatives when you would rather have flowing oil strokes.
Consider the style if assisted movement appeals to you. If you prefer continuous oil strokes instead, the Swedish and Aromatherapy pages explain those options.

GOOD TO KNOW
You do not need to perform the stretches yourself. Tell the therapist your comfortable range before and during the session.
No. Thai is movement-led; Aromatherapy uses aromatic oil with massage strokes.
